Platform IP:

All code, design, and content on the Platform (excluding user-generated content) remain the exclusive property of Interact Education Trust.

You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Platform’s backend or models.

5. Acceptable Use and Fair Use Policy

You agree not to:

Generate content that promotes violence, hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or misinformation.

Share or resell your login or credits with others.

6. Payments, Plans, and Refunds

Subscription fees and credit top-ups are charged as outlined on our pricing page.

All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated under consumer law.

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedies under consumer guarantees provided by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
